摘要 采用在陶瓷砖抛光泥中加入氧化剂、热处理对其进行预处理,研究预处理方式对蒸压加气混凝土砌块性能的影响。通过浆体发气曲线研究了陶瓷砖抛光泥预处理方式对浆体体积稳定性的影响,利用抗压强度与干密度对其力学性能进行了评定,采用SEM测试手段,分析了蒸压加气混凝土砌块的水化产物。结果表明:氧化剂和热处理能够显著降解陶瓷砖抛光泥中的聚丙烯酰胺,当氯化铝溶液浓度为10mg/L、浆体温度为70℃时,浆体稳定性较好,砌块的力学性能最佳,微观结构较密实。 Adopting the oxidant in the ceramic tile polishing mud and pretreat by heat treatment, the influence of pretreatment method on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block is studied. The influence of the pretreatment method of the slurry on the volume stability of the slurry is studied by the gas evolution curve of the slurry. The mechanical properties of the slurry are evaluated by compressive strength and dry density. The hydration products of autoclaved aerated concrete block are analyzed by SEM test. The results show that oxidant and heat treatment can significantly degrade the polyacrylamide in the polishing mud. When the concentration of aluminum chloride solution is 10 mg/L and the temperature of the slurry is 70℃, the stability of the slurry is good, the mechanical properties of the block are the best, and the microstructure is dense.
