在线超滤-离子色谱法测定饮用水中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐及常规阴离子 被引量:7

Determination of chlorite,chlorate and common inorganic anions in drinking water by on-line ultrafiltration-Ion chromatography

摘要 目的建立一种测定饮用水中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐及4种常规无机阴离子含量的在线超滤-离子色谱方法。方法采用电导检测-离子色谱仪,Metrosep A Supp 4-250型分离柱进行色谱分析。采用不同浓度Na2CO3/NaHCO3溶液、以不同流速进行淋洗程序的优化。采集样品后,直接进样20μL,在线超滤、色谱测定,以保留时间定性、峰面积定量测定饮用水中ClO2-、ClO3-、F-、Cl-、NO3--N、SO42-等6个组分的浓度。配制系列混合标准溶液,绘制各组分标准曲线,并对检测限、精密度、准确度进行评估。结果经优化,采用(1.8mmol/L Na2CO3)/(1.7mmol/L NaHCO3)为淋洗液、1.0mL/min流速进行淋洗。以该方法检测水中6组分,线性良好,标准曲线相关系数r为0.999 2~0.999 9。检测限为0.2~2.4μg/L,RSD为0.33%~1.75%,加标回收率为96.5%~105.0%。结论建立的方法操作简便、快速、无干扰、灵敏度高,适用于饮用水中亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐及4种常规阴离子含量的测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorite,chlorate and 4 kinds of conventional inorganic anions in drinking water by on-line ultrafiltration-Ion chromatography.Methods Conductance-Ion chromatography and Metrosep A Supp 4-250 separation column were employed,Na2 CO3/NaHCO3 buffers of different concentrations were used for elution at different flow rates to optimize the elution.A total of 20μL collected samples were loaded directly and subjected to on-line ultrafiltration and chromatography analysis.Retention time was used to qualitative analysis,while peak area was used to determine the concentration of ClO2-,ClO3-,F-,Cl-,NO3--N,SO42 in drinking water quantitatively.A series of standard solutions were prepared to generate standard curves of each component;the limits of detection,precision and accuracy were evaluated at the same time.Results After optimization,(1.8 mmol/L Na2 CO3)/(1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3)buffer at 1.0 mL/min flow rate was used for elution.The established method was used to analyze 6 components in water,resulting good linearship,the correlation coefficients of calibration curve were 0.999 2-0.999 9.The limit of detection for each component was0.2-2.4μg/L,the relative standard deviations were 0.33%-1.75%,the spiked recovery rates were 96.5%-105.0%.Conclusion The established method was simple,rapid,with no interference and high sensitivity,which made it suitable for determination of chlorite,chlorate and 4 kinds of common inorganic anions in drinking water.
