柔模混凝土支护在沿空留巷时应用探析 被引量:3

摘要 为了更加有效的应用沿空留巷巷内支护技术,以榆家梁煤矿52403综采工作面回顺沿空留巷为工程背景,对该技术进行有效的应用与探讨。在巷道支护结构方面,提出了采用DW3.8型外注式单体液压支柱配金属钢梁的"一梁四柱"的留巷滞后支护方法;巷道支护中采用泵注混凝土支护技术;给出了详细的柔模沿空留巷的施工工艺、流程、要求及安全管理技术措施。希望能够提高煤矿井下现场作业效率,降低材料成本,使得巷内支护技术有更广泛的发展空间。 In order to more effectively apply gob side entry retaining support technology,taking No. 52403 fully mechanized mining face of Yujialiang coal mine as the engineering background,the technology was effectively discussed. In the roadway support aspect of gob side entry retaining,the "one beam and four columns"support method of DW3. 8 external injection single hydraulic prop and metal steel beam for the lagging support was put forward,the pumped concrete support technology was proposed,and the detailed construction technology,process,requirements and safety management measures were given in detail,which can improve the mine production efficiency,reduce the supporting cost,and promote the development prospect of gob side entry retaining technology.
