摘要
分子筛脱水装置是英买力气田天然气处理工艺系统的核心,其运行状况将直接影响外输天然气的质量以及液化气、轻烃的产量。分子筛填料不仅价格昂贵,而且使用寿命较短,在更换填料过程时工期长、劳动强度大。为解决该生产难题,开展了延长分子筛使用寿命的研究工作,并取得一定的效果,有效延缓分子筛老化,降低了分子筛更换成本。
The core part of natural gas processing system is the molecular sieve dehydration unit for Yingmaili Gas Field. The unit operating conditions affect the quality of delivering gas and light hydrocarbon production directly. Besides of the expensive price, molecular sieve packing has short service life, long replacing period and massive labor consumption. To solve the problem, this paper introduces an effective method to delay the aging of molecular sieves as well as reduce the cost of molecular sieve replacement. Significant improvement has been received in practical application.
