摘要
目的:将3D打印技术引入足踝骨折病例教学,探讨应用效果。方法:病例选自贵港市人民医院40例足踝骨折患者的术前影像学资料,使用Mimics14.0软件三维重建,演示虚拟术中复位和打印3D模型。将医院规培的临床外科医生及本科实习生共60名,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30人。实验组采用3D打印技术结合传统病例教学的模式,对照组采用传统病例教学模式,以主观问卷调查及客观临床考核的形式评估两组的教学效果。结果:主观问卷调查结果显示实验组在自评得分高于对照组(P<0.01);客观临床考核显示实验组高于对照组(P<0.01),均有统计学意义。结论:3D打印技术应用于足踝骨折教学,既可弥补传统教学的欠缺,具备良好的教学效果,应用前景广阔。
Objective: To investigate the teaching application of 3D printing technology in the foot and ankle fracture and its effect. Methods: We collected X-rays and CT images of 40 patients with fracture of the foot and ankle in the Guigang City People's hospital. We selected 30 residents and 30 internships who received the standardized training of surgery in our hospital, and divided them into experimental group and control group randomJy. The control group used the conventional multimedia-assisted teaching, while the experimental group used a combination of the conventional multimedia-assisted and 3D printing technology. We compared the two groups in the academic performance and self-assessment of mixed ability. Results: The collected questionnaires show that the experimental group outscored the control group in self-rating (P〈0.01); The examination score show that the experimental group significantly outscored the control group in theoretical knowledge, practice skills and case analysis (P〈0.01), Conclusion: 3D printing technology applicated in the foot and ankle fracture teaching achieves excellent effect, and is worth promoting.
