摘要
针对板式换热器传热系数高、设备结构紧凑、装机容量弹性大等优点,自主研制了一台2效板式蒸馏海水淡化装置,其内部换热元件采用人字形波纹板片,在板片两侧同步实现物理相变即蒸汽冷凝和海水蒸发,同时结合蒸汽热压缩技术,使装置的热能利用效率得到显著提升,减少总传热面积,降低设备投资。经测试,装置的实际产水量为33 t/d,造水比为4.7,产水水质为1.27μS/cm,各项性能均达到了预期指标。该装置的研制成功为大型板式蒸馏淡化装置的国产化提供了技术基础。
Considering plate heat exchanger has some great advantages such as high heat transfer coefficient, compact structure and high flexible of installed capacity, a two-effect plate distillation desalination plant was developed to investigate the effects of some key parameters on operation performance. In the plant, the chevron-type corrugated plates are used for the heat transfer between seawater and steam. The steam is condensed on one side of the plate, meanwhile the seawater is evaporated on the other side of the plate. Combined with thermal vapor compression technology, thermal efficiency of the plant can be significantly improved, thus the equipment investment are reduced due to the reduction in heat transfer area. Experimental results show the plant has water production of 33 t/d, gained output ratio (GOR) of 4.7, conductivity of 1.27 μS/cm. The performance of the plant has reached the expected targets. Based on the successful development of the pilot plant, this work will provide technical foundation for the development for the large-scale plate distillation desalination plant.
