摘要
采用UG以及EDEM软件建立了煤散料输运模型用以分析煤散料在输运过程中的运动状态。重点研究了物料堆积及底板倾斜工况下煤散料的输运状态。研究结果表明,运输状态平稳后,堆积煤颗粒在严重堆积工况下比轻度堆积工况下的平均速度小;在底板倾斜情况下,刮板输送机的运输效率会降低。可提供煤散料在不同工况下输运的状态数据,为刮板输送机中部槽的优化设计提供理论依据,使刮板输送机能够更好地适应不同井下工况。
UG and EDEM software were used to establish a bulk coal transport model to analyze themovement of bulk coal during the transportation. The transport state of bulk coal under the condition ofmaterial accumulation and floor tilt have been studied. Results showed that in the steady state oftransportation, the speed of coal in the condition of serious accumulation was smaller than in lightaccumulation. The transport efficiency of scraper conveyor decreased under the condition of tilted floor.Provide the state data of bulk coal conveying under different conditions, and provide a theoretical basisfor the optimization design of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor to let the scraper conveyorbetter adapt to different working conditions.
