振动流化床流化特性与细粒煤分选研究 被引量:2

Research on Fluidization Characteristics and Fine Coal Separation of Vibrated Fluidized Bed

摘要 研究了振动能量(振幅)对重介质流化床流化及分选特性的影响。分析了主要流化参数的变化规律,试验结果表明,当床体气速固定时,在一定范围内随着振动强度的增加,床体整体流化质量得到有效改善、1~6 mm级细粒煤可能偏差E达到0.08 g/cm^3,精煤产率γ_c达到54.65%,使原煤得到了很好的分选。 Studies the influences of the vibration energy (amplitude) on fluidization and sorting charac-teristics of the dense medium fluidized bed. The change rule of the main parameters about the densemedium fluidized bed are analyzed, and one group of best parameters were chosen for the separationexperiment. Experiment results show that when the bed gas velocity is constant, the fluidization qualityis effectively improved with the increase of vibration strength. The probable error E values of 1-6 mmfine coal is 0.08 g/cm3, clean coal yield To is 54.65%.
