摘要
血管性痴呆(VD)是由各种脑血管疾病和危险因素导致的认知障碍综合征。关于VD发病确切的病因病机尚未阐明,也缺乏特异高效的防治措施。建立合理的VD动物模型来模拟人类脑血管病的发病过程是研究VD病因、发病机制防治措施和疗效评价的关键。就近年来常用的VD大鼠造模的方法进行简要概述。
Vascular dementia (VD) is caused by a various of cerebrovascular diseases and risk factors for cognitive dysfunction syndrome. The exact etiology and pathogenesis of the VD disease are still not elucidated and lack of specific and effective measures to prevent and control the disease. It is important to establish a reasonable VD animal model to simulate the pathogenesis of human cerebrovascular disease which can study VD etiology, pathogenesis and prevention measures. This article gives a brief overview of the methods of VD rats in recent years.
