摘要
废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土是一种新型复合混凝土材料,因其具有较好的抗冻性能、韧性、保温性能和轻质、环保的优点逐渐被应用到建筑、公路、大坝等工业和民用建筑。本文对废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土耐久性研究现状进行综述,从实验研究、细微观研究、评价和预测三个方面介绍了废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土耐久性的研究进展。并从界面过渡区(ITZ)、裂缝的控制、室内仿真模拟等角度思考改善废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土耐久性,减缓废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土的损伤劣化的新方法,从而扩大了废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土的适用范围。
Waste tire rubber powder concrete is a composite material,because of its good resistance to frost,toughness,thermal insulation and lightweight,the environmental advantages of gradually being applied to buildings,roads,dams,and other industrial and civil construction. This paper reviews the waste tire rubber powder concrete durability research from experimental studies,fine micro research,evaluation and prediction of three ways of waste tire rubber powder concrete progress. And interfacial transition zone( ITZ),crack control,indoor simulated perspective to improve the waste tire rubber powder concrete durability,slowing the waste tire rubber powder concrete damage and deterioration of new methods,thereby expanding the scope of application of the waste tire rubber powder concrete.
