摘要
针对鱼类养殖过程中药物残留量快速检测需求,设计了拉曼快速检测系统.该系统以微型拉曼光纤光谱仪为核心检测部件,结合785nm激光光源、非浸入式拉曼探头、高精度样品调高载物台以及计算机等模块.实验分别采集了磺胺二甲基嘧啶、氯霉素、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考等四种常用抗菌药物的拉曼光谱,并对其在大黄鱼中的残留量进行快速检测和定性分析.
This research designed a rapid nondestructive optical system for detecting antibiotics residuals of fish.This optical detection system integrated a 785 nm laser light source,a spectral signal acquisition module and a motorized displacement platform.The Raman spectra of antibiotics of doxycycline,enrofloxacin,sulfamethazine and florfenicol were obtained by using this system.The residuals of these antibiotics in fish were determined.The results suggested that it is able to quantitatively determine the antibiotics residules in fish.
