摘要
为了研究超声空化对静态混合器传质传热的影响,以SK型静态混合器为研究对象,运用FLUENT软件对混合器内浓度场、温度场进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:在超声空化的作用下,流体的混合速率有了大幅提升,传质过程得到显著加强;混合流温度实现均一的过程也有所缩短,传热效率得到提高。
In order to research the effects of ultrasonic cavitation on mass transfer and heat transfer in Kenics static mixer(KSM),this paper takes a Kenics static mixer as research object and makes numerical simulation of the concentration field and temperature field of flow inside the static mixer by using FLUENT software.The simulation results show that under the effect of ultrasonic cavitation,the mixing rate of fluid has been improved greatly;the mass transfer process has been enhanced significantly;the process of mixed flow temperature has realized uniformity faster and the heat transfer efficiency has been improved.
