循环氢压缩机干气密封失效原因浅析 被引量:2

摘要 某石化公司210万t/a蜡油加氢装置的循环氢压缩机组采用串联式干气密封。2017年1月压缩机突然停机,经查为干气密封失效所致。文章根据干气密封的工作原理,结合端面的磨损状况,从密封气管道布置、温度损失、密封气露点温度等几方面,对干气密封失效的原因进行了分析。指出密封气带液是导致干气密封失效的原因,并提出了改进方案和防范措施。 Tandem dry gas seal is adopted in the circulating hydrogen compressor of the 2.1 Mt/a wax-oil hydrogenation unit in certain petrochemical company.In Jan.,2017,the compressor suddenly shut down.After check,it is discovered that the failure of dry gas seal resulted in the sudden shut-down.Combining with the wear conditions of the end face,this paper analyzes the failure causes of the dry gas seal from such aspects as sealing gas pipeline arrangement,temperature loss,sealing air dew point temperature and so on according to the working principles of dry gas seal.It points out that the failure of the dry gas seal is caused by the liquid in the seal gas.The paper also proposes the plan for improvement and preventive measures.
