摘要
探讨改善精梳棉网清晰度的技术措施。介绍了精梳棉网清晰度不良的几种基本特征。分析了出现棉网边缘不良、破洞、接合不良,棉网有束状结构、棉网阴影及棉网突发性横向切断等问题的原因,并提出了相应的具体解决措施。认为:改善精梳棉网清晰度,应从上机工艺、梳理器材、机械状态、气流控制以及温湿度控制等方面综合分析,找准原因,并采取相应的技术措施。
The technology measures to improve the clearness of combed cotton web were discussed. Several basic characteristics of worse clearness of combed cotton web were introduced. The reasons for worse edges, bro- ken hole and worse joint of cotton web, bunch structure in cotton web, shadow in cotton web, sudden transverse cut for cotton web and so on were analyzed. The corresponding solving measures were put forward. It is consid- ered that the clearness of combed cotton web should be improved by comprehensive analyses of aspects like working process, carding equipment, machine status, airflow control and temperature ＆ humidity control etc.. The tea son should be found correctly and the corresponding technology measures should be adopted.
