摘要
为考察随班就读学校教师对孤独症儿童教育安置的态度,本研究对303名随班就读学校教师进行了问卷调查和对21名教师进行了访谈。结果发现,86.9%的教师认为随班就读不是孤独症儿童教育安置的最佳选择;有特教经验和孤独症儿童教育经验的教师对孤独症儿童随班就读持积极态度,随班就读学校教师普遍支持单独建设孤独症学校;教师缺乏孤独症知识和教育能力是普通学校开展孤独症儿童随班就读的最大困难。并提出如下建议:普通学校需要加大宣传力度提升教师对孤独症儿童的接纳,并着力培养胜任孤独症教育的骨干教师;相关部门要探索建立孤独症儿童随班就读专业化支持平台;有条件的省市可以建设少量孤独症学校,但其功能应定位于为融合教育提供支持。
In order to examinethe regular school teachers' attitude towards the education placement of ASDs, this article conducted a survey which covered 303 teachers with questionnaires and made interviews with 21 teachers in regular schools. The result shows that the best choice of the education placements for autism is still not regular school; and that teachers' seniority and experience in special education and autism education affect the attitude towards children with autism learning in regular classroom.The greatest difficultyto recruit children with autismis that most teachers lack of the knowledge and ability to cope with autistic children.Most teachers are in favor of building a separate school for children with autism. This article suggests that regular schools must raise teachers' acceptance of autistic children through intensified propaganda and focus on training competent teachers of autistic education and that the relevant departments must explore the establishment of professional support platform for autistic children learning in regular school. Some provinces and cities can build a small number of autistic schools, but its function should be positioned to provide support for the integration of education.
