摘要
三电机自同步椭圆振动筛被广泛应用于煤矿及石油工业,针对其在实际应用中运动轨迹不理想的问题,提出了通过调试转子质量参数在一定程度上增大激振椭圆振幅。首先,利用拉格朗日方程、庞加莱法对系统的同步行为进行了理论研究,并通过数值分析求解出偏心块不同质量比情况下同步相位差近似解,定性分析了转子质量比对系统同步行为及系统运动响应的影响;然后,建立了机电耦合模型,通过计算机模拟获得同步相位差和相应的运动响应;最后,动态测试实验研究结果映证了数值分析的正确性。研究结果表明,通过调节偏心电机转子参数可以获得理想的椭圆轨迹,同时不改变转子间的同步行为,对该类振动系统的工程应用有重要的设计参考意义。
Tri-motor self-synchronous ellipse vibrating screen is widely used in coal and oil industry. We put forward that excitation amplitude can be increased by adjusting rotors' mass parameters to resolve the issue of its undesirable trajectory in the practical application. Firstly, the theoretical research was done by using Lagrange's equation and an analytical approach, Poincare Method. Then the synchronous phase difference of theoretical analyses for different mass ratio was derived by numerical computation method, and the influence of rotor's mass ratio on the system synchronization behavior and movement response was discussed qualitatively. Moreover, the electromechanical coupling model was established, and computer simulation results of stable synchronization phase difference and the corresponding motion response were acquired. Finally, theoretical results were verified with computer simulations and experimental study. It was demonstrated that the desired elliptical trajectory can be obtained by adjusting the parameters of the motors, while the behavior of synchronization between rotors would not be changed, which has significant reference value on this kind of system's design.
