摘要
工程风险管理的转移措施主要是两个途径 :一是工程保险 ;二是工程保证担保。加强对工程保险及工程保证担保的研究 ,尽快建立工程保险和工程保证担保制度 ,这对建立具有中国特色的工程风险管理制度、提高我国建筑企业的风险管理水平有着积极的作用。结合我国建筑业的发展现状 。
Two major means of transferring measures in engineering risk management are engineering insurance and engineering guarantee warrantee. To deepen the study, and thus to quicken the establishment of engineering insurance and engineering guarantee warrantee is of great importance in establishing China's own engineering risk management system and improving China's risk management level. Based upon current situation in China's architecture, some effective measures are prompted to establish and popularize engineering insurance and engineering guarantee warrantee system in China as China enters into WTO.
