摘要
特朗普税改法案是30多年来美国最大的减税计划,作为世界最大的发达经济体,这一减税政策不仅对美国经济增长影响巨大,而且将对世界经济和中国经济发展产生深远影响。文章在系统分析特朗普减税政策产生的背景、主要内容和政策效应的基础上,提出中国的应对策略。
The Trump Tax Reform Act is the largest tax reduction program in the United States in the past 30 years. As the largest developed economy in the world,the US tax cuts will have not only a huge impact on the US economy,but also a profound impact on the world economy. China is the world's largest developing country and will be the first to be affected. This paper analyzed the background and core contents of Trump's tax reduction policy,as well as the impact of tax cuts on the US and the world,especially on China's economy,then puts forward some coping strategies.
