摘要
[目的]筛选防治甘薯茎线虫病的高效药剂。[方法]采用在甘薯田人工接种的方法,于2014和2016年测试了4种杀线剂对甘薯茎线虫病的防治效果。[结果]在甘薯栽秧时穴施5%丁硫克百威颗粒剂和10%噻唑膦颗粒剂,对甘薯茎线虫病均具有良好的防治效果。5%丁硫克百威颗粒剂90、60、30kg·hm^(-2)处理对甘薯茎线虫病的防治效果分别为88.42%、85.25%和82.71%,10%噻唑膦颗粒剂45和30kg·hm^(-2)处理的防治效果分别为84.74%和78.69%;而20%丁硫克百威乳油和5%阿维菌素乳油处理对甘薯茎线虫病的防治效果较差。[结论]施用5%丁硫克百威颗粒剂30~90kg·hm^(-2)和10%噻唑膦颗粒剂30~45kg·hm^(-2)可以有效地防治甘薯茎线虫病。
[Objective]The aim of this paper was to screen efficient nematicides against Ditylenchus destructor.[Methods]The efficacy of four nematicides for controlling D.destructorin sweetpotato fields in which the nematode inoculated were evaluated in 2014 and 2016.[Results]D.destructor could be effectively controlled with Carbosulfan 5% GR and Fosthiazate 10%GR when dibbling applied before transplanting.The control efficacies of 5% Carbosulfan GR with the dosage of 90,60 and30 kg·hm^(-2) were 88.42%,85.25% and 82.71% respectively.The control efficacies of 10% Fosthiazate GR at the dosage of 45 and 30 kg·hm^(-2) were 84.74%and 78.69%respectively.20% Carbosulfan EC and 5% Avermectins EC could not control D.destructoreffectively.[Conclusion]5% Carbosulfan GR at the dosage of 30~90 kg·hm^(-2) and 10% Fosthiazate GR at the dosage 30~45 kg·hm^(-2) could control D.destructor effectively.
