摘要
在现有优质教育资源共享的基础上,如何促进乡村薄弱学校及教学点教师的专业发展和学生全面健康成长,成为目前基础教育均衡发展的重要任务。文章从目前基础教育面临的关键问题入手,引入共同体的观点,从共同愿景、身份认同和多元文化建构三个方面阐述了其基本观点,在此基础上总结了共同体的教育意蕴及其对区域基础教育均衡发展的意义,包括推动区域优质教育资源的共建共享和促进城乡教师、学生隐性经验知识的传递两方面。最后,详细说明了区域基础教育均衡发展共同体的整体架构,具体包括城乡教学共同体、区域学校共同体、城乡教师共同体和城乡学生共同体的建设。
Based on high quality education resources sharing, how to promote the professional development of teachers and healthy growth of students in rural weak schools currently becomes an important task of balanced development of basic education. This paper starts from the key problems of basic education, introduces the concept of community, explains its basic ideas from three aspects --- shared vision, identity and multicuhural construction. And then this paper summarizes the educational connotation of community and its significance for the balanced development of regional basic education, including promoting the construction and sharing of regional high-quality education resources and promoting transfer of tacit knowledge of teachers and students between urban and rural areas. Finally, this paper elaborates the overall structure of the community, covering the construction of teaching community, regional school community, teachers" community and students" community.
