摘要
目的探讨临床药师参与间质性肺炎患者发生药物不良反应的作用。方法临床药师参与1例间质性肺炎患者的治疗过程,在发生药物不良反应时能及时识别,干预处理。临床药师对于复杂的药物不良反应,通过文献检索、快速分析,制定合理的治疗策略。结果与结论临床药师通过积极参与临床工作,及时发现药物不良反应,提供治疗意见,为临床药物治疗提供专业的药学服务。
Objective To evaluate clinical pharmacist participated in therapy of a patient with interstitial pneumonia and adverse drug reaction.Methods Clinical pharmacists involved in course of therapy,recognized and intervened adverse drug reaction in time. By searching literatures,clinical pharmacist analyzed and made treatment strategy efficiently to the complicated adverse drug reaction. Results and conclusion By participating in clinical therapy,clinical pharmacists were capable of recognizing adverse drug reaction and providing professional pharmaceutical service.
