摘要 为了获得更高的加工精度,自主研制了用于加工台阶孔、直孔的工具电极与电解加工机床,并对其控制、结构及原理做了介绍。通过直孔加工实验,验证了该机床的加工精度高于普通机床,自制的工具电极可加工直孔和台阶孔,实现了一机多用的功能,既扩大了应用范围,也提高了加工效率。 In order to obtain higher machining precision ,this paper mainly introduces the control, structure and principle of tool electrode and electrochemical machine tool of self-developed machining step hole and straight hole. It is proved that the self-made machine tool machining precision is better than that of ordinary machine. The tool electrode of self-developed can process straight hole and step hole, realize a very useful function, expand the application range and improve the processing efficiency.
