摘要
目的对偏远地区基层医护人员进行医学遗传学继续教育,评价课程内容及对基层医护人员提高业务水平的作用。方法根据AAFP指南和基层医院实际情况设计一套医学遗传学继续教育课程,统计参课人员对本套培训内容的态度调查,并对比教育前后医护人员知识掌握的变化情况。结果本套课程的内容、教师、组织和安排受到了大多数参加培训医护人员的认可,经过培训后的医生组与护士组的成绩均得到提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。课程结束前,该院医护人员已在建立的遗传性疾病标本库中收集到各类遗传性疾病病例标本16例,实现了从无到有的过程。结论本系列医学遗传学培训课程可以被基层医护人员理解和接收,可以有效提高基层医护人员的医学遗传学基本原理和知识,对他们的临床工作将提供很大帮助。
Objective Continuing medical genetic education was carried out for primary health care workers in remote areas, the content of the course and its role in improving primary medical staff professional skills was evaluated. Methods According to the actual situation of AAFP guidelines, a set of basic hospital medical genetics course of continual education was designed. The attitude on the set of training content was investigated, and the changes of professional skills were compared before and after the education of knowledge. Results The content, teachers, organization and arrangement of the courses were satisfed by most of the trained medical staff, and the scores of doctors and nurses in the training group were improved, the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. By the end of the course, 16 cases of genetic diseases had been collected from medical libraries in the establishment of genetic disease specimens. Conclusion This series of medical genetics training course can be understood and received in primary care settings, and it can effectively improve the basic principle and basic knowledge of medical genetics, which will provide great help for their clinical work.
