摘要
目的探讨在医院门诊实施预检分诊对患者就诊体验的影响。方法医院门诊于2016年11月开始实施预检分诊,分别于预检分诊实施前和实施后,采用便利抽样方法选取调查对象各50例,调查门诊分诊效率和患者满意度。结果预检分诊实施后,门诊挂错号患者比例和投诉率降低,平均候诊时间也较实施前减少(P<0.05);就诊满意度由实施前的88.00%提升至实施后的98.00%(P<0.05)。结论门诊实施预见分诊可合理分流患者,提高就诊效率,有利于患者就诊体验的提升。
Objective To investigate the effect pre-examination triage in improving the outpatients' experience. Methods To set up the pre-examination triage system in outpatients department since the November 2016. The convenience sampling method was adopted and questionnaire survey was conducted to 50 patients before and after implementation of pre-examination triage system respectively. Results There was a decrease in wrong registration,complaint rate and averaged waiting time for consultation after the implementation of outpatient triage( P < 0. 05). The satisfactory rate of patients during the triage increased from 88. 00% to 98. 00% after implementation of pre-examination triage( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The pre-examination triage can improve the triage efficiency and promote the outpatient's experience.
