摘要
近年来,高校消费呈现出消费频率高的特征,高校快递业正在突飞猛进地发展。与此同时,高校快递的运营也暴露出不少弊端,以铜陵学院为例,校园快递服务内容单一、安全性难保障、服务满意度低。对于铜陵学院快递存在的不足,本文提出了三种快递运营新模式,旨在提高校园快递服务质量,更好地满足我校师生群体对快递服务的需求。
In recent years,the consumption of colleges is characterized by high consumption frequency,and the express industry in universities is developing rapidly. At the same time,the operation of university express delivery has exposed a lot of drawbacks,taking Tongling University as an example,the campus express service content is single,safety is difficult to guarantee,service satisfaction is low. To express the deficiency existing in Tongling University,this paper puts forward three kinds of express new mode operation,to improve the quality of campus express service,to better meet the needs of teachers and students.
