摘要
针对我国耐抽薹种质缺乏现状,从日、韩引进了12份春萝卜种质。为合理利用这些种质,进行了春季大田田间性状鉴定、人工春化耐抽薹鉴定、春季分期播种耐抽薹性鉴定、花期性状调查及不育种质胞质类型的分子鉴定。结果表明,除了从日本引进的1份种质不耐抽薹,其余11个种质耐抽薹性、早熟性等性状均适合春季播种。该鉴定结果,对合理、有效利用这些引进种质提供了理论依据。
In view of lack of anti-bolting germplasms status in China,twelve spring radish germplasms were introduced from Japan and South Korea. To make better use of them,we carried out the identification and evaluation through agronomic traits in field in spring,anti-bolting after artificial vernalization and sowing at different stages in spring,flowering trait investigation,and cytoplasmic type of male sterile germplasms by molecular marker. The results showed that eleven germplasms which had anti-bolting and earliness trait were suitable for planting in spring expect one germplasm from Japan. The results provided theory basis for scientific and effective utilization of these germplasms.
