摘要
人力资源管理专业校外实践教学有助于校内实践教学的开展、学生综合素质的增强以及教学效果的提升。然而,人力资源校外实践教学面临着实践教学基地数量不多、教学条件限制、师资力量缺乏、学生参与不够、教学成效评价困难等困境。通过转变教学理念、增加实践教学基地数量、锻造"双师型"师资队伍、详细设计实践教学方式等,能使校外实践教学走出困境,提升校外实践教学效果。
It is useful to implementation of practical teaching in the school, enhancement of students' comprehensive quality and the im-provement of teaching effect by the practice teaching of human resources management specialty. However, the practical teaching of humanresources is faced with the difficulties of practicing teaching base, teaching conditions, lack of teachers, lack of students' participation anddifficulty in teaching evaluation. It will be make the practice of teaching out of trouble and enhance the practice of teaching outside theschool by changing the teaching concept, increasing the number of practice teaching base, forging "Double-qualified Teacher" and de-signing practice teaching methods.
