摘要
针对单相半桥双向DC-DC进行了Buck模式下的模态分析和谐振过程分析;讨论了实现变频软开关的控制策略;探讨了单相半桥双向DC-DC的Buck模式下高压侧和低压侧在不同情况的软开关以及最优负电流控制;提出了一种结合耦合电感的优化负电流变频控制的四相交错软开关的双向DC-DC变换器。实验结果表明,较定频控制而言,新的变频以及优化负电流控制策略大大提高了变换器效率,改善了电感电流纹波。
Aiming at single-phase half-bridge bidirectional DC-DC,its operational modal and resonant process were analyzed in Buck mode. The control strategy to implement variable-frequency in soft-switching was discussed;Discussion on soft-switching and optimal negative current control when the high side and low side work in different circumstances of Buck mode of the single-phase half-bridge bidirectional DC-DC was carried out;A four-phase interleaved soft-switching bidirectional DC-DC converter of optimization negative current variable-frequency control with combination of coupled inductor was proposed. Experimental results show that,compared with fixed-frequency control,the new variable-frequency and optimization of the negative current control strategy improves converter efficiency greatly,improve the inductor current ripple.
