摘要
目的:探讨一次性包皮切割缝合器在治疗包茎、包皮过长手术中的应用及疗效。方法:收治施行包皮环切术患者230例。根据包皮环切手术方式不同,将患者随机分为A组(114例)和B组(116例)。A组采用传统包皮环切手术;B组采用一次性包皮切割缝合器行包皮环切术。结果:B组在手术时间、术中失血量、术后并发症、术后愈合时间、术后外形评价患者满意例数等方面均明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:采用一次性包皮切割缝合器治疗包茎、包皮过长具有手术时间短、出血少、并发症少、恢复快、外形美观等优点,采用包皮切割缝合器治疗包茎、包皮过长其手术操作简单、微创、安全、效果好。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of one-off circumcision suture in the treatment of phimosis and overlong circumcision.Methods:230 patients with circumcision were selected,they were randomly divided into the A group(with114 cases) and the B group(with 116 cases),according to the different methods of circumcision.In the A group were treated with traditional circumcision,and the B group were treated by circumcision with a disposable circumcision suture.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,postoperative healing time,postoperative shape,and the number of satisfactory cases in the suture group were significantly better than those in the traditional operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using disposable circumcision suture in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce has the advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding,fewer complications,faster recovery,beautiful appearance,the prepuce stapler treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce operation is simple,minimally invasive,safe and effective.
