摘要
目的:分析儿科护理管理中细节管理的应用价值。方法:2016年7月起实施细节管理,随机抽取实施细节管理前的患儿124例,实施细节管理后收治的患儿130例,分析实施前后效果。结果:儿科实施细节管理后,护理不良事件发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05),护理质量评分、患儿家长护理满意度均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科护理管理中实施细节管理,有助于减少护理不良事件,提高护理质量与家长护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application value of detail management in the management of paediatric nursing.Methods:We implemented detail management from July 2016,124 cases of children before the implementation of detailed management were randomly selected as before implementation,a total of 130 cases of children admitted after implementation of detail management were selected as after implementation,we analyzed the effect of implementation.Results:After the implementation of detailed management in pediatrics,the incidence of adverse events was 3.1% lower than 16.1% before the implementation(P<0.05).The nursing quality score and the nursing satisfaction of the parents of children were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detail management in the management of paediatric nursing helps to reduce the bad nursing events and improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of the parents.
