食管癌切除手术麻醉中七氟醚结合地佐辛的应用效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 探讨食管癌切除手术麻醉中七氟醚结合地佐辛的应用情况。选取我院2015年5月~2016年11月收治的156例实施食管癌切除手术患者。根据其麻醉效果分为对照组和研究组各78例。对照组患者单独给予七氟醚麻醉,研究组在对照组基础上联合地佐辛麻醉干预,对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果研究组患者手术麻醉时间及术后清醒时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者麻醉优良率为71.79%,明显低于研究组的92.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食管癌切除术中应用七氟醚结合地佐辛麻醉可提高麻醉效果,缩短手术时间及术后患者清醒所用时间,具有一定临床推广应用价值。
