摘要
在水温(28.0±1.5)℃、pH 6.5~7.0的条件下,采用静水试验法测定铬[Cr^(6+)]、锌[Zn^(2+)]和镉[Cd^(2+)]3种重金属对黄颡鱼"全雄1号"苗种的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))及安全浓度(SC)。结果显示,[Cr^(6+)]对黄颡鱼"全雄1号"苗种24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC_(50)分别为168.71、84.85、52.23、34.46 mg·L^(-1);[Zn^(2+)]对黄颡鱼"全雄1号"苗种24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC_(50)分别为5.36、3.34、3.12、2.75 mg·L^(-1);[Cd^(2+)]对黄颡鱼"全雄1号"苗种24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC_(50)分别为1.87、1.74、1.63、1.15 mg·L^(-1);3种重金属对黄颡鱼苗种的SC分别为[Cr^(6+)]3.446 mg·L^(-1)、[Zn^(2+)]0.275 mg·L^(-1)、[Cd^(2+)]0.012 mg·L^(-1)。3种重金属对黄颡鱼苗种毒性大小为:[Cd^(2+)]>[Zn^(2+)]>[Cr^(6+)],[Cd^(2+)]和[Zn^(2+)]为中毒,[Cr^(6+)]为低毒。
The medium lethal concentration(LC_(50))and the safe concentration(SC)of three heavy metals([Cr^(6+)],[Zn^(2+)]and[Cd^(2+)])to"All Male No.1"seed of Pelteobaqrus fulvidraco were tested at(28.0±1.5)℃,p H6.5~7.0.The results showed that the LC_(50)of 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h for^([Cr6+])to"All Male No.1"seed of P.fulvidraco were 168.71,84.85,52.23 and 34.46 mg·L^(-1),respectively;the LC_(50)of 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h for[Zn^(2+)]to"All Male No.1"seed of P.fulvidraco were 5.36,3.34,3.12 and 2.75 mg·L^(-1),respectively;the LC^(2+)_(50)of 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h for^([Cd])to"All Male No.1"seed of P.fulvidraco were 1.87,1.74,1.63 and 1.15 mg·L^(-1),respectively.The safe concentration of[Cr^(6+)],[Zn^(2+)]and[Cd^(2+)]to"All Male No.1"seed of P.fulvidraco were 3.446,0.275and 0.012 mg·L^(-1),respectively.Taken together,to"All Male No.1"seed of P.fulvidraco,the toxicity of three heavy metal ions was in the order of[Cd^(2+)]>[Zn^(2+)]>[Cr^(6+)],while[Zn^(2+)]and[Cd^(2+)]had medium toxicity,and[Cr^(6+)]had low toxicity.
