摘要
提出三相Buck型三电平AC/AC变换器的电路拓扑结构,研究其电路工作原理,并给出控制策略以实现输出电压和飞跨电容电压的联合控制。相比于两电平变换器,三相Buck型三电平AC/AC变换器的开关管数量加倍,并增加了3个飞跨电容,但各开关管的电压应力均降低为原来的1 2,故适用于高输入电压大功率应用场合。仿真结果证明了三相Buck型三电平AC/AC变换器及其控制策略的可行性和理论分析的准确性。
The circuit topological structure of three-phase Buck type three-level AC/AC converter is proposed. The operating principle of the circuit is studied. The control strategy is given to realize combination control of the output voltage and the voltage of flying capacitor. In comparison with the two-level converter,the number of switching tubes of the three-phase Buck type three-level AC/AC converter is doubled and three flying capacitors are added while the voltage stress of each switching tube is half reduced. As a result,the converter can be applied in the high input voltage and high power occasions. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of three-phase Buck type three-level AC/AC converter and its control strategy,as well as the correctness of theoretical analysis.
