摘要
目的探讨呼吸内科感染控制及护理应用全方位护理管理的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2017年2月80例呼吸内科感染患者用随机数字表法分组。对照组进行常规抗感染干预,包括常规治疗和护理,全方位组在对照组基础上应用全方位护理管理。比较两组呼吸内科感染控制率;护理满意评价、规范洗手、抗菌药正确应用、无菌操作原则执行情况;干预前后患者疾病认知、焦虑情绪。结果全方位组呼吸内科感染控制率高于对照组,P<0.05;全方位组护理满意评价、规范洗手、抗菌药正确应用、无菌操作原则执行情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结论呼吸内科应用全方位护理管理效果确切,可提升患者疾病认知和减轻不良心理,通过全方位管理,规范洗手、抗菌药正确应用、无菌操作原则执行率明显提高,感染控制效果好,患者满意。
Objective To study the infection of respiratory medicine to control the influence of comprehensive nursing management and nursing application. Methods From April 2016 to February 2017, 80 patients with infection of respiratory medicine were divided in two groups. The control group was given routine anti-infection intervention, including conventional treatment and care, comprehensive nursing management was applied in the comprehensive group on the basis of treatment and nursing of control group. Respiratory medicine infection control, nursing satisfaction evaluation, standard washing, antimicrobials correct application, sterile operating principle implementation was compared. Cognitive and anxiety before and after intervention was also compared. Results The respiratory medicine infection control rate in comprehensive group was higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05; the nursing satisfaction evaluation, standard washing, properly antibacterial application, the implementation of aseptic operation principle in comprehensive group was also better than those of control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The infection of respiratory medicine control omnidirectional nursing management and nursing application results exactly, can promote the disease cognition and reduce the adverse psychological states, through comprehensive management, standard washing, properly antibacterial application and the implementation of aseptic operation principle are improved, the infection control effect is good, the patients are satisfied.
