18F-脱氧葡萄糖符合线路SPECT/CT显像在肿瘤患者随访中的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)符合线路SPECT/CT显像检查在诊断肿瘤患者放疗后复发及转移的临床价值。方法对该院60例疑似复发和转移的癌症患者行18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像,并将此结果同病理检查结果进行比较。结果病理结果显示有50例患者均发生肿瘤治疗后的复发或转移。18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像显示45例为阳性患者,与病理检查结果比较,该方法监测肿瘤复发及转移的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为86.5%、100.0%、88.3%。结论 18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像对监测肿瘤患者的复发和转移,具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,可及时发现病灶,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To discuss the evaluation of clinical application of 18 F-FDG SPECT/CT coincidence imaging on patients with carcinoma after radiotherapy during follow-up period.Methods The 60 patients with carcinoma after radiotherapy or chemotherapy were studied using 18 F-FDG SPECT/CT coincidence imaging,and these results were compared with the pathological results.Results The 18 F-FDG SPECT/CT coincidence imaging showed a positive result in 45 patients with recurrence or metastasis.And the diagnosis sensitivity,specsificity and accuracy were 86.5%,100.0%,88.3% respectively.Conclusion 18 F-FDG SPECT/CT coincidence imaging can evaluate the therapentic effects of radiotherapy on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and detect the lesions of recurrence or metastasis,and worthy to be popularized for clinical use.
