摘要
介绍了一种适合快速免疫检验要求的散射比浊仪,根据最新的CPR试剂全血检验需求,规划了总体设计方案,除完成散射比浊的基本免疫检验之外,增加了磁力搅拌、恒温装置等。该仪器与PC联机,采用五点定标,使用logit-log函数拟合曲线,从而确保测试指标的准确性。
A scattering turbidimetry instrument suitable for rapid immune inspection requirements was introduced. The overall design scheme was planned in accordance with the demands of the latest CPR reagent whole-blood inspection. In addition to the completion of the basic immune inspection of scattering turbidimetry,the magnetic stirring and thermostatic apparatus were also added. This instrument was connected with PC. The five-point calibration and fitted curve of logit-log function were also adopted so as to ensure the accuracy of test index.
