摘要
研究紫玉兰和二乔玉兰花瓣挥发油的化学成分,并分析两者挥发油成分的差异。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS获得其挥发油各成分的总离子流图谱。通过面积归一化法,获得花瓣中各成分的化合物并计算出相对质量分数。紫玉兰总共分离鉴定出35个化合物,占挥发油类成分总量的91.64%;二乔玉兰共分离鉴定了39个化合物,占挥发油类成分总量的92.73%。
To study the chemical components of volatile oil from petals of Magnolia lilii florasoulangeana Soul. -Bod. ,and compare the components difference of volatile oil. The volatile oil was extracted bywater-steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS with capillary gas chromatographic column. Magnolia liliflora : 35 compounds were identified,which amount 91. 64% of the total volatile oil; Magnolia soulangeana : 39 compoundswere separated and identified,amount 92. 73% of the total volatile oil.
