摘要
"欧洲通行证"是欧盟教育资格认证一体化发展的重要里程碑,它将资格框架、学分转换、人员交流、语言技能等相关认证有机整合。这一机制在学分积累、互认、转换的基础上,向终身教育发展,同职业培训接轨,更朝着就业市场迈进。本文通过对欧洲通行证的研究,探索未来"学分银行+"发展模式,为我国学分银行的运作提供参考和借鉴。
Europass is a milestone in European education recognition system. It integrates the related instru- ments like qualifwation framework, credit transfer, social mobility, and language skills, into one single framework It goes beyond the basic function of credit accumulation, recognition, and transformation. It combines with vocational training, and it grows to the labour market. Through the analysis of Europass, the author argues that Europass and China Credit Bank share some similar values. We should explore new functions of ＂Credit Bank ＋ ＂ and their contri- butions to the lifelong learning development.
