摘要
鉴于当前民办养老机构发展陷入困境的现实情况,利用PEST模型针对我国民办养老机构所处的宏观环境进行系统分析。通过对民办养老机构面临的政治、经济、社会、技术四项外部因素进行描述整理,探索民办养老机构发展的优劣势条件。并尝试从划分政府责任边界、拓宽机构融资渠道、利用服务特点优势、提升职业认同与护理质量等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
In view of the plight of development of private pension institutions, their macro environment was analyzed from four external factors of politics, economics, society and technology. And the advantages and disadvantages of the development of private pension institutions were explored. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward from aspects of defining the governmental responsibility boundaries, broadening the financing channels, taking the advantages of service characteristics, and improving the professional identity and quality of care.
