磁混凝沉淀池在某污水处理厂升级改造中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 某污水处理厂因进水中含有大量工业废水,且工业企业类型较多,导致进水水质复杂、水质波动较大、溶解性难降解有机物占比高,普通活性污泥法处理困难。经大量小试中试对比后,升级改造工程确定采用A/A/O活性污泥法+芬顿反应+磁混凝沉淀+纤维转盘滤池处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级A排放标准。 The influent of the wastewater treatment plant contains a lot of industrial wastewater discharged from a variety of industrial factories, which led to complicated and fluctuated water quality and a high proportion of the soluble refractory organic matter. For these wastewater characteristics, the traditional activated sludge process was hard to treat the wastewater effectively. After a lot of investigation comparison process, the combination process of A/A/O activated sludge process, Fenton reaction, mag- netic coagulation sedimentation tank and fiber turntable filter was used in the upgrading project. Actual operation results showed that the effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the D/scharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002).
