摘要
"语言与文化适切的教育学"是基于我国民族多样性和文化多样性背景,以儿童的发展为本,以文化和语言为用的教育理论主张,用于民族地区教师课堂实践改进。我们基于该理论和长期以来在少数民族地区的教师教育实践提炼出"语言与文化适切"的教师学习模式,为民族地区建立教师支持服务体系提供了政策和实践依据。本文系统阐述了"语言与文化适切"的教师学习模式的理论基础、内在逻辑、过程研究、实施机制以及效果评估五个方面的内容。
This study constructs a"Language and Culture Appropriate"Teacher Learning Model,it has been based on longterm teacher education practice in minority areas of China. This work has the purpose of establishing a support system for teachers in minority areas in the perspective of"Language and Culture Appropriate Pedagogy"theory which is based on the background of our national diversity,cultural diversity and children's development,used for improving teachers' classroom practice in ethnic minority areas. This paper aims toillustrate five dimensions of this model,including theoretical basis,internal logic,research of the process,implementation mechanism and effect evaluation.
