摘要
教师的教学工作涉及大量的情绪劳动。本研究采取质性研究方法,对20位教师进行访谈,探索教师情绪工作的表现特征及心理历程。教师面对课堂上的学生问题行为,是真实的表达自己还是假装的表达情绪?研究发现,教师情绪工作包括正向表层情绪工作、正向深层情绪工作、负向表层情绪和情绪爆发四种方式;教师情绪工作的策略与问题情境的指向性、情绪反应强度相关,情绪反应强度越大,越倾向于采用深层工作策略。
Teachers' teaching work involves a lot of emotional labor. Based on the qualitative research method,this study explores the performance and psychological processes of teachers' emotional work. This study interviewed 20 teachers,who should face the classroom students behavior problem with the research question as"Are they express themselves real or pretended to express emotions?"The study found that teachers' emotional work consisted of four ways: positive surface acting,positive deep acting,negative surface acting,and negative emotion expression; It is expressed differently in situations,teacher tend to adopt deep acting in high-conflict situations.
