摘要
合理的教师队伍结构和管理逻辑直接影响着大学功能的发挥,对于一流大学建设尤为重要。从麻省理工学院教师队伍结构来看,呈现出以专任教师为核心、教学主导型教师和科研主导型教师为支撑,学术工作和学术岗位相匹配,多种聘任方式相融合的"洋葱型"结构特征,学术劳动力市场在教师资源配置过程中发挥着重要作用。市场驱动的分类管理逻辑促进了以岗位职责为中心的多元化和差异性的教师队伍结构的形成,强化了学术岗位群的专业化特征。麻省理工学院的经验对于调整我国大学教师队伍的结构化失衡,建设以市场为导向的、与学术工作结构均衡发展的一流大学教师队伍具有重要的借鉴意义。
The reasonable teachers' structure and managerial logic,which are especially important for the construction of world-top universities,may directly improve the function of them. The teachers 'structure of Massachusetts Institute of Technology,is highly faculty-centralized,the academic work and position are well-matched,supported by the instructiondominated teachers and research-dominated teachers,also an integration of multiple employment ways"onion type " structure,the academic labor market plays a significant part in the process of teachers resources allocation. The diversity of the obligation-centered post and differentiation of classified management logic generated by the market intensified the specialized features of academic post group. It contains significant references for us to explore their experience,thus to modify our teachers' structural imbalances and construct a market-oriented academic work well developed first-class university teachers.
