摘要
巷道在掘进过地质构造时经常出现顶板破碎、离层、局部冒顶甚至顶板大面积垮落,降低巷道掘进效率,威胁着煤矿安全生产。雁崖煤业公司机掘三队在施工2301巷遇断层破碎带时,通过技术研究,分析了传统单一锚杆、锚索支护过断层破碎带应用中存在的主要问题,并根据实际情况提出应用撞楔超前支护配合永久支护,取得了较好效果。
When the roadway overpasses the geological structure in roadway excavation period, such problems often appear as roof broken and abscission, local roof caving and large area roof caving, which not only reduce the drivage efficiency, but also threaten the coal mine safety production. Team 3 of Yanya Coal Industry Company in the construction of 2301 lane in fault fracture zone, through technical research, made an analysis of the problems arising when traditional single anchor rod, anchor cable cross fault fracture zone, and based on the actual situation, the paper proposed the application of pre-support through hammering wedge, combined with perpetual support, which has achieved a remarkable success.
