深井大断面巷道围岩破坏机理及控制研究

摘要 针对深井大断面巷道围岩破碎难以形成承载结构的控制难题,以五家沟矿为背景,采用现场观测、理论分析及数值模拟等方法,通过研究800m深井条件下不同断面巷道的围岩应力、变形及破碎顶板的破坏规律,可知巷道断面的增大致使围岩中容易积聚较高的应力值,进而对巷道围岩破坏起到了主导作用。提出了"锚网梁+U型钢支架+喷浆"的联合支护方案,现场实施后围岩变形明显减小,巷道围岩处于稳定状态。 In view of the problem that the surrounding rock of large section roadway is broken, which makes it difficult to form the bearing structure, the paper, taking Wujiagou as the example, using field observation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods, made a research of the failure law of surrounding rock in different roadway of 800 meters deep under the condition of stress, deformation and broken roof, and made it known that the increase of the roadway section will accumulate high stress value of surrotmding rock, leading to the roadway surrounding rock failure. After that, the combined support scheme of "anchor net beam + U steel support + shotcrete" is put forward. After field implementation, the deformation of surrounding rock is obviously reduced, and the surrounding rock of roadway is in stable state.
