摘要
目的探讨乳酸杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑对细菌性阴道炎患者阴道微环境的影响。方法将2016年1月至2017年2月四川省妇幼保健院收治的120例细菌性阴道炎患者根据不同用药方法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗;研究组在对照组基础上,给予乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后阴道p H值、菌群密集度、菌群多样性的变化;随访3个月,记录两组患者复发情况。结果研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的阴道p H值、菌群密集度、菌群多样性较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组阴道p H值、菌群密集度、菌群多样性的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑能显著改善细菌性阴道炎患者的阴道微环境,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of lactobacillus acidophilus and metronidazole on vaginal microenvironment in patients with bacterial vaginitis. Methods 120 patients with bacterial vaginitis in Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from Jan. 2016 to Feb. 2017 were divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metronidazole. The study group was treated with lactobacillus live bacteria preparation on the basis of the control group. The changes of pH value, flora density and flora diversity of the two groups were detected before and after treatment. , Recurrence of the two groups were recorded after 3 months of follow - up. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05). The pH value, flora density and flora diversity of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, the improvement of vaginal pH value, flora density and flora diversity in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Lactobacillus live bacteria preparation combined with metronidazole can significantly improve the vaginal microenvironment of patients with bacterial vaginitis, and reduce the recurrence rate.
