摘要
实践能力的培养是专业学位研究生培养的重要环节。研究从问题驱动的校企联合CO-OP实践出发,探索专业硕士研究生校企联合实践环节的模式、具体实施流程、相应措施及结果评价。通过学生在实践基地的带薪实习环节的规划、管理及评价体系的建立,提高学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的工程实践能力和创新能力。以行业能力提升为导向规划专业学位研究生的实践形式和实践内容,进一步完善专业硕士研究生的培养体系。
Practical ability training is one of the most important step of professional postgraduate education. This paper began with CO-OP practice, discussed the models, specific implementation procedures, corresponding measures and outcome evaluation in the practice training of professional postgraduates. By building students paid internship plans, management and evaluation system in practice bases, explored how to improve students’ practice ability to find, diagnose and solve problems as well as innovation ability. Guided by professional ability improvement, planed the practice procedure and practice contents to improve and complete the professional postgraduates’ cultivation system.
