A Multi-Objective Optimization for Liner Fleet Deployment Based on Improved NSGA-Ⅱ

摘要 航线配船合理与否不仅关系到班轮公司运营成本还会影响服务质量。考虑到货主是“理性经济人”,以货物时间价值损失最小和运营成本最低为目标,建立了集装箱班轮航线配船的多目标优化模型;设计了双向随机变异算子,并以嵌入非劣解局部搜索改进NSGA—II算法,求出满足货主和船公司双方需求的Pareto解集,以某班轮公司的实际案例验证了模型和算法的可行性。最后通过与NSGA—II算法对比,证明改进后的算法计算所需的时间更短、运行稳定,得到的结果更优。该模型和算法能够为船公司在不同市场情况和企业战略目标下做出合理决策提供参考。 Whether fleet deployment is reasonable not only relates to the operating costs of a liner shipping company, but has an influence on the service quality. Given that the shipper is rational economist, this paper established a multi-objective optimization for container liner fleet deployment aiming to minimize both the cargo time-value loss and operating cost. The NSGA-II was improved by bi-directional random mutation and non-dominated solution local search. The obtained Pareto-front could be acceptable by both shipper and shipping company. A real case of a liner company was conducted to prove the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. Compared with the NSGA-II, the improved algorithm can calculate more quickly, run more steadily and get better results. The model and algorithm can provide a reference for shipping company to make a decision under different market conditions and company strategic targets.
