Moving Mechanism Design and Simulation Analysis of Automatic Detection Device for the Guide Rail Type Deterioration Insulator

摘要 针对目前输电线路绝缘子检测方式劳动强度大、效率低,尤其超高压输电线路绝缘子检测缺乏有效手段的问题,提出了一种适用于500 kV及以下电压等级输电线路的导轨式劣化绝缘子分布电场带电检测设备。主要介绍了导轨式检测设备运动机构构造设计方案,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对设备绝缘导轨的力学状况进行了仿真分析,并试制了实物在现场进行试用,与现有的检测方式相比,易用性、劳动强度、适用范围等方面都具有明显的优越性。 In view of the detection method, especially labor-intensive and low efficiency of the current transmission line insulator the problem that lack of effective means of detecting for EHV transmission line insulator, a guide rail type automatic detection device which applies for 500 kV and below voltage transmission line insulator deterioration is proposed. The movement mechanism design of the guide rail type testing equipment is mainly introduced, the mechanical condition of insulated rail is simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the trial product in service on site, compared with the existing detection methods, has obvious advantages in ease of use, labor intensity, the scope of application.
