摘要
骨骼肌功能障碍是慢性阻塞性肺疾病常见的的的全身效应之一,对患者的生活质量影响明显,是疾病死亡率的独立预测因子。近年来,慢性阻碍性肺疾病骨骼肌功能障碍越来越受到人们的重视。通过查阅文献发现中医对本病的理论认识存在诸多不足。现对慢性阻塞性肺疾病骨骼肌功能障碍进行中医病因病机探析,总结认为本病的基本病机可概括为肺热叶焦、脾胃虚弱、肝肾亏虚。
Skeletal muscle dysfunction is one of the common systemic effects of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）,which apparently has a great impact on quality of life of the patients. What＇s more,it＇s an independent predictor of mortality of COPD. In recent years,people attach more and more importance to skeletal muscle dysfunction from COPD. The author found that it is facing many problems in the theoretical understanding of TCM in the disease after refer to the related literature. This paper analyzed TCM etiology and pathogenesis of skeletal muscledys function from COPD,which concludes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease are lung scorched by heat,weakness of spleen and stomach,liver and kidney deficiency.
